SCIFI program at SCI-Arc vs M.Arch at Berkeley

Hi, I have been admitted to SCIFI program at SCI-Arc and to M.Arch (1year) program at Berkeley.
I would really appreciate opinions about these schools and the future job opportunities they may bring me.
